The mission of MillarRich L.L.C. is to make meaningful differences in the lives of children and adults with disabilities. We work so they may realize their individual goals, develop hobbies, and learn skills to become more independent and live with dignity and respect in the community. 

Adult Services

MillarRich provides person centered, structured support to individuals by offering residential services, employment services, and day services within our Family Lifestyle Model. Our person centered approach empowers individuals to lead their best, most independent lives through trauma informed, individual driven care.

Children’s Services

MillarRich works closely with DCS in the placement and ongoing support of children who are medically fragile and/or have an intellectual or developmental disability. MillarRich’s Children’s Services are family based, utilizing a specialized foster care program. This unique service places children with disabilities in a family setting with specially trained foster parents. Our goal is to provide safety, wellbeing, and permanency for children with IDD through nurturing, trauma informed care.

Supported Employment

MillarRich Supported Employment is committed to providing employment opportunities for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We believe that individuals are not defined by their disabilities, but by their strengths. As an agency, our focus is to present each individual the opportunity to grow through employment while providing qualified applicants to local businesses.
